オルタナティブメタルコア・バンド”Moodring”は、ニューアルバム『death fetish』を2026年3月27日にSharpTone Recordsよりリリースすることを発表した。『death fetish』は、2022年に発表されたデビューアルバム『Stargazer』に続くフルアルバムである。アルバムの詳細と同時に、収録曲「Masochist Machine」のミュージックビデオが公開されている。

『death fetish』には、「Half Life」「Cannibal」「Masochist Machine」「Gunplay (Suicidal 3way)」「Ketamine」「Anywhere By Here」「STFA」「Oxidiezed」「Bleed Enough」「Sickf_ck」「Die Slow」「ColdMetalKiss」の12トラックが収録される予定である。なお「Masochist Machine」は、自身の中の依存や強迫観念に囚われる感覚を描いた楽曲として紹介されている。

バンドの中心人物であるHunter Youngは、今作について「暗く正直なレコードを作りたかった」と述べている。
