1997年からノルウェイ・オスロを拠点に活動しているブラックメタル・バンド、1349が、次のスタジオ・アルバム『The Wolf And The King』からの先行シングル曲「Inferior Pathways」を配信リリースしました。アルバムは2024年10月4日にSeason Of Mistからリリースされる予定で、彼らの8枚目のフルアルバムにあたる。

本作のプロデュースは、1349が2014年にリリースしたアルバム『Massive Cauldron of Chaos』でエンジニアリングを担当したJarrett Pritchardと、ボーカルRavnによって行われている。
