テクニカル・デスメタル・バンド、Nile が10枚目のスタジオ・アルバム『The Underworld Awaits Us All』をNapalm Recordsから2024年8月23日にリリースすることを発表しました。アルバムはバンドメンバーによってプロデュースされ、ミックス/マスタリングはCannibal Corpse, Whitechapelとの仕事で知られるMark Lewisが担当している。

このアルバムからのファースト・シングル「Chapter for Not Being Hung Upside Down on a Stake」が公開され、すでに話題となっている。この曲はエジプトの死者の書の第181章を参照しているそうだ。相変わらずのオタクっぷりが炸裂している。
