モンゴルを拠点に活動し、Napalm Recordsと契約しているヘヴィメタル・バンド UUHAI は、新シングル「Secret History of the Mongols」を公開した。
この楽曲は、モンゴル語最古の文献『モンゴル秘史』に由来するタイトルで、伝統的な馬頭琴などを用いたスタイルとモダンなロック/メタルサウンドを融合させている。UUHAI は楽曲の中で感情的なギターソロや伝統的な「uuhai」と呼ばれる掛け声を用いながら、独自の世界観でモンゴルだけでなく世界中のメタルリスナーを魅了している。
「Secret History of the Mongols」は、2026年1月9日にリリースされるデビューアルバム『Human Herds』の収録曲として発表される。アルバムは Napalm Records から発売される予定であり、UUHAI は同日からヨーロッパツアーを行う予定である。ツアーは、Nanowar Of Steel ほか複数のアクトとの共演で、オランダ・ティルブルフの公演を皮切りに複数都市を巡るスケジュールとなっている。
